Copyright and Removal Requests

Solitaire JP provides original explanatory material around browser games that may load from infrastructure managed by Solitaire JP or through authorized third-party iframe players. Game software, artwork, audio, names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective developers, distributors, or other rights holders unless an explicit credit states otherwise.

Content created for Solitaire JP

Unless another credit is shown, original guides, editorial organization, site branding, and custom presentation created for Solitaire JP belong to the site or the relevant authorized contributor. Do not reproduce a substantial part of that material outside applicable quotation, fair-use, or other legal exceptions.

Game delivery and non-affiliation

For each title, the site reviews the available rights or delivery terms before using a Solitaire JP-managed source or an external player. Listing a title does not state that Solitaire JP developed the game, owns its trademark, or operates its official website. A rights or source change may lead us to correct a credit, replace a game source, disable an iframe, or remove a page.

Information required for a rights request

Select “Copyright Infringement” on the contact form and include:

  • Your name, organization, and a working email address.
  • Information showing that you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.
  • A description of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other protected material.
  • The exact Solitaire JP URL containing the disputed material.
  • The reason you believe the use is unauthorized and the action you request.
  • Any relevant provider correspondence or supporting documentation.

Review and response

We review the identified URL, the claimed right, the provider, and the available listing history. Additional information may be requested. When a claim has a reasonable basis, possible actions include correcting text or attribution, replacing an image, disabling a link or iframe, or unpublishing the page.

A request may be delayed when it does not identify the material or establish authority. Impersonation, knowingly false claims, or automated submissions intended to disrupt the site may not receive a response.

Material inside an external player

Solitaire JP may be unable to modify an advertisement, account, purchase, saved game, or asset that exists only inside a third-party player. In that situation, we can review our embed and may direct the requester to the identifiable provider or developer.
