These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Solitaire JP website, game guides, browser-game players, comments, ratings, contact forms, and related features. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Service description

Solitaire JP provides English and Japanese information for discovering solitaire games and access to games loaded from infrastructure managed by Solitaire JP or from authorized third-party iframe players. The site is not necessarily the developer, seller, or official website of a listed game. For an external player, loading screens, advertisements, saved progress, purchases, account features, and external links may also be governed by that provider’s terms.

Fees and connectivity

Solitaire JP does not currently charge a fee to browse its pages or start the listed games. Visitors remain responsible for internet, device, and other service costs. If a third-party player presents an optional purchase or subscription, review the provider and price before completing the action.

Prohibited conduct

  • Violating applicable law, these terms, or a third-party provider’s terms.
  • Overloading or disrupting the server, forms, votes, play events, comments, or embedded players.
  • Using automated or repeated actions to manipulate play counts, ratings, advertising, or other metrics.
  • Attempting unauthorized access, exploitation, scraping that impairs service, or improper extraction of code or data.
  • Infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, reputation, or other rights.
  • Submitting false reports, impersonation, spam, harassment, malicious code, or illegal material.

Comments and submitted material

Only submit information that you are entitled to share. A commenter is responsible for ensuring that a post does not violate another person’s rights. Solitaire JP may hold, edit, hide, or remove spam, personal data, threats, abusive language, unrelated promotion, or material that may violate law or publisher policies.

Intellectual property

Third-party games and assets belong to their respective rights holders. Original Solitaire JP guides, organization, and branding belong to the site or their legitimate contributors unless another credit is displayed. Rights notices should follow the copyright and removal request procedure.

Advertising and external services

The site may display advertising. An external game player may also display its own advertising, service notices, or links; that provider is responsible for its products, representations, and data practices. Solitaire JP does not reward users for clicking ads and does not authorize artificial ad impressions or clicks.

Availability, changes, and suspension

A page, game, delivery source, or feature may be changed or suspended without advance notice for maintenance, security, rights or source changes, legal obligations, or other operational reasons. Continuous availability of a game and preservation of its saved progress cannot be guaranteed.

Disclaimer and limitation

We work to keep guides accurate and pages functional, but do not guarantee error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or continued availability of any game source. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Solitaire JP may not be responsible for losses caused by game or provider services, network interruption, lost progress, user submissions, or interactions outside the site.

The terms may be updated when the service or operating requirements change. The version posted on this page applies from its publication. The updated date, and where appropriate a site notice, will identify a material revision.
