Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Solitaire JP (“the site,” “we,” or “us”) may handle information needed to operate the website, provide browser games, moderate comments, respond to messages, understand usage, and deliver advertising.

Last updated: July 28, 2026.

Information that may be processed

When a visitor accesses the site, server and security logs may record an IP address, browser and device type, access time, requested URL, referrer, and error information. We may also record site interactions such as a game start, like, or dislike as aggregate activity.

If you submit a comment or contact form, we process the information you provide, which can include a name, email address, website, topic, message, and relevant page URL. An email address supplied for moderation or support is not intended to appear as part of a public comment.

How information is used

  • To deliver pages and game-related functions and investigate errors or abuse.
  • To calculate genuine play and voting signals and improve discovery.
  • To review comments, reduce spam, and respond to support or rights requests.
  • To understand device and browsing patterns and improve performance and usability.
  • To deliver and measure advertising and prevent invalid activity.

Cookies and browser storage

The site and third-party services may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers. Solitaire JP may store recent games, favorites, and interface preferences in the browser. You can delete or restrict cookies and stored data through browser controls, although some features may then work differently.

Game delivery and external players

A game may load from infrastructure managed by Solitaire JP or from an authorized third-party iframe. Requests to a Solitaire JP-managed game source are processed through our hosting and security infrastructure and may generate the access and error records described above. When an external player is used, that provider may process an IP address, device information, cookies, game usage, and related identifiers under its own privacy terms. Solitaire JP does not directly control data processing, advertising, accounts, or payment prompts inside an external player.

Advertising and Google AdSense

The site may display advertising supplied by third parties, including Google AdSense. Google and other vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies to serve, measure, and protect advertising. Google may use visits to this and other websites when selecting ads. Read Google’s advertising policies and manage personalization through My Ad Center.

If personalized advertising is enabled in a region where law or Google policy requires consent, the required consent mechanism will be used. We do not intentionally place a name, email address, or other directly identifying form field into an advertising request.

Comments and contact messages

Submitted information is used to review the message, reply where appropriate, investigate rights or technical issues, and prevent abusive submissions. We do not sell contact-form content for unrelated marketing. Retention depends on the status of the request, security and dispute needs, and legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or made less identifiable.

Service providers and legal disclosures

Hosting, security, advertising, and form-processing providers may process information to perform services for the site. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.

Security

We use measures appropriate to the information involved, such as encrypted transport and access controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can control cookies and local storage in your browser. To request review, correction, or deletion of a comment or message you submitted, use the contact page and provide enough information to identify the record. Identity verification or a legal retention requirement may limit what can be changed.

Children

The public game pages do not require visitors to submit personal information. A child who needs parental consent under applicable law should use the site with a parent or guardian. If we learn that personal information from a child was collected inappropriately, we will review and take reasonable action.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised when site features, advertising services, law, or platform policies change. The updated date on this page will identify the current version, and a prominent notice may be used for a material change.
